Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

ServiceHub T&T ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used when you use our mobile app or this website.

1. Information we collect

All users: First name, last name, email address, phone number (Trinidad & Tobago format +1868), profile photo, and account activity.

Service providers additionally: Business name, business description, service categories and pricing, business address (street, city, region), business hours, cover images, and gallery images with descriptions.

Banking information (providers only): Bank name, account holder name, account number, and routing number. This data is encrypted at rest and used solely to process earnings payouts. Masked account numbers are displayed in the app (shown as ****XXXX).

Waitlist (this website): First name, email address, and role (customer or provider). Used only to notify you at launch.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

All third parties are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

4. User-generated content

Photos, messages, and booking notes you upload are stored securely on Supabase Storage. Provider gallery and cover images are visible to customers on the platform. In-app messages are private between the two parties in a conversation and are not shared with third parties.

5. Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. You can manage notification preferences within the app. Your device's FCM token is deleted when you sign out.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting privacy@servicehub.tt. Banking details are deleted upon account closure subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

7. Security

Banking information is encrypted at rest. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth using industry-standard protocols. We implement row-level security on all database tables to ensure users can only access their own data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@servicehub.tt. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. The app uses session tokens managed by Supabase Auth for authentication purposes only.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
